Kindly be advised, your unit designation (enclosure) follows:

 

(To determine your unit type please page down to the bottom of this page and cross reference your unit number to the unit type, then you can determine the amount of this initial special assessment)

All assessments are due and payable on or before June 1st.  A late charge and interest will apply to all payments not funded on a timely manner.

 

Please do not include the amount of this assessment with your monthly maintenance payment.  Separate checks are required.

Dear Unit Owner:

 

Please be advised that the Board of Directors of the Association met at a duly noticed meeting on April 23, 2007.  At that time, the Board levied an initial special assessment of $500,000.00 which will be paid by unit type, and is hereby declared to be due by June 1, 2007:

 

                   A-1    $2,852.00                        C    $1,945.00

 

                   A-2    $2,842.00                        D    $1,923.00

 

                      B    $2,757.00

 

Please make your check payable to The Tradewinds Apartments of Marco Island, Inc. and mail to The Tradewinds Apartments of Marco Island, Inc., Attention:  Susan Niwinski, Manager, 180 Seaview Court, Marco Island, FL  34145-3302.

 

The purpose of the initial special assessment is to cover the cost and expense of repairing and replacing risers and related piping equipment.
